Anti-Spam Policy

ProCore Capital is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and respect in all communications. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance on unsolicited messages (“spam”) and sets forth the guidelines that all Clients and participants in our affiliate program must follow when promoting ProCore Capital’s Services. We enforce this Policy strictly to ensure a respectful, spam-free experience for everyone.

Spam is strictly prohibited in relation to any ProCore Capital activity. We expect all Investors and affiliates to adhere to both the letter and spirit of this Policy. Not only is spamming against our terms, but it also undermines the trust within our community and the reputation of ProCore Capital. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community spam-free.

1. Definition of Spam

For the purposes of this Policy, “Spam” refers to any and all unsolicited bulk or commercial messages sent through email, SMS, social media, or other electronic means. In simple terms, any promotional or informational message about ProCore Capital or its affiliate links that is sent to a person without their prior consent or request is considered spam. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unsolicited email campaigns or “blasts” promoting ProCore Capital services or referral links to people who have not expressly agreed to receive such emails.
  • Mass text messages or direct messages on platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, etc., that are sent without the recipient’s permission.
  • Automated messages or bots posting ProCore Capital promotions on forums, blog comments, chat groups, or social media comments where such promotion is unwelcome or irrelevant.
  • Posting referral links or promotional content in comment sections, message boards, or groups that are not owned by you and where the community has not agreed to receive marketing content.
  • Any other form of communication that violates anti-spam laws by targeting individuals without proper consent or by using misleading headers, false sender identities, or deceptive subject lines.

In summary, if the recipient did not affirmatively agree to receive the communication, and it’s promotional in nature, it’s spam. We require that all communications about ProCore Capital — whether by us or by our affiliates/Clients — be conducted on a 100% opt-in basis.

2. ProCore Capital’s Zero-Tolerance Stance

ProCore Capital has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward spam. We do not engage in spam, and we do not permit our Clients or affiliates to do so. This stance is non-negotiable:

  • We do not send unsolicited emails or messages to potential investors. All of our official marketing communications are sent only to individuals who have signed up on our platform or explicitly requested information.
  • We strictly prohibit the use of any ProCore Capital branding, referral links, or content in spam emails or messages sent by any third party. Attempting to promote ProCore Capital through spam is a violation of our Terms of Service and this Policy.

This zero-tolerance approach extends to all parties associated with ProCore Capital, including our employees, partners, and Clients who participate in referral or affiliate activities. Everyone must comply, with no exceptions. ProCore Capital’s reputation and our community’s trust are of paramount importance.

By agreeing to our Terms and participating in our affiliate program (if applicable), you acknowledge this Anti-Spam Policy and agree to abide by it. Any deviation is taken very seriously.

3. Affiliate Promotion Guidelines

We encourage clients to share their positive experiences with ProCore Capital and to take advantage of our affiliate referral program. However, all promotional efforts must adhere to ethical practices. Here are the guidelines for permissible affiliate promotion:

  • Obtain Consent: You may promote your ProCore Capital referral link or share information about ProCore Capital only with individuals or audiences who have given consent to receive such communications. For example, this could be subscribers to your newsletter, visitors who have opted in on your personal website, or friends and contacts who have expressed interest. If you’re emailing a group, ensure every recipient has voluntarily joined your mailing list and can opt out at any time.
  • Honest Representation: All communications about ProCore Capital should be truthful and not misleading. Do not exaggerate potential investment returns or make false claims. Any email or post should clearly identify that you are an independent promoter or user of ProCore Capital or an official ProCore Capital representative. Transparency is key to ethical promotion.
  • Appropriate Channels: You are welcome to share ProCore Capital on your own platforms — such as your personal blog, your social media profiles, or through direct one-on-one conversations. For instance, posting your referral link on your personal Facebook or Twitter timeline, where your friends/followers know you, is generally fine. On the other hand, blasting that link in unrelated Facebook groups or as comments on strangers’ posts is not acceptable. Always consider whether the channel and audience are appropriate for the message.
  • Respect Third-Party Policies: If you are promoting ProCore Capital on third-party platforms (like social media, forums, or advertising networks), adhere to those platforms’ own terms of use and anti-spam rules. For example, many forums or groups have rules against self-promotion — respect those rules. If using email marketing software or ad networks, ensure compliance with their policies and any legal requirements.
  • No Automated Bulk Messaging: You may not use bots, scripts, or automated systems to send messages or distribute your affiliate links. All outreach should be done manually and thoughtfully, focusing on quality over quantity. If you maintain an email list, use a reputable email service that enforces anti-spam practices.

Following these guidelines helps ensure that promotion of ProCore Capital is respectful, effective, and compliant with the law. Ethical marketing is not only a requirement but will also yield better results — people are more likely to trust and join ProCore Capital through genuine, honest referrals than through spammy tactics.

4. Prohibited Activities

To reiterate and expand on the above, the following activities are strictly prohibited when it comes to promoting or discussing ProCore Capital:

  • Email Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails about ProCore Capital, especially to recipients with whom you have no prior relationship. Every commercial email you send promoting ProCore Capital must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act including having a valid subject line, a clear unsubscribe mechanism, and no deceptive header information.
  • Mass Messaging and Robocalls: Using autodialers, robocalls, or mass texting systems to send promotional messages about ProCore Capital. Also, adding people to messaging groups (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) without their consent to promote ProCore Capital is forbidden.
  • Purchased Lists: Never use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists to promote ProCore Capital. Sending emails to addresses obtained without consent (e.g., scraping websites or buying bulk lists) is spam and is not allowed.
  • Misrepresentation: Posing as ProCore Capital staff or as another person to promote ProCore Capital, or using misleading subject lines/content to trick someone into opening a message. For example, do not send an email that looks like an official ProCore Capital communication if it’s not, and do not disguise your affiliate link as something else.
  • Malware/Phishing: Obviously, do not include any malware, phishing attempts, or harmful links in any communication about ProCore Capital. Such behavior is illegal and against everything we stand for.
  • Incentivizing Unsuitable Behavior: While ProCore Capital does have an affiliate program, you must not promise unrelated incentives to lure signups in a way that could be considered misleading or fraudulent. Stick to the official referral rewards as advertised by ProCore Capital.

If you are unsure whether a particular promotional method is allowed, please err on the side of caution or consult ProCore Capital’s affiliate support team for guidance. It’s better to ask first than to inadvertently violate this Policy.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All Clients and affiliates must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws and regulations when communicating about ProCore Capital. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The U.S. CAN-SPAM Act for email communications, which mandates the inclusion of accurate sender information, no misleading subject lines, an unsubscribe option, and honoring opt-outs promptly.
  • The Canada Anti-Spam Legislation, which requires prior consent for commercial electronic messages sent to Canadian recipients and certain prescribed information in messages.
  • The EU’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive and General Data Protection Regulation, which, among other things, require consent for most email marketing and give individuals rights to object to direct marketing.
  • Any other local laws in your country or the recipient’s country that govern electronic communications and marketing.

ProCore Capital expects you to familiarize yourself with the anti-spam and marketing laws relevant to your activities. Compliance is not only a legal requirement — it aligns with our emphasis on respectful communication.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

ProCore Capital actively monitors compliance with this Anti-Spam Policy to protect our community. We employ various methods to oversee promotional activities:

  • Affiliate Link Tracking: Our system monitors the usage of affiliate links. Unusual spikes in referral sign-ups or traffic from questionable sources may trigger a review.
  • Feedback Channels: We provide channels for individuals to report suspected spam. For example, if someone receives an unsolicited email promoting ProCore Capital, they can forward it to us at abuse@winvest.com (or a similar contact) for investigation. We also pay attention to abuse reports from email providers and other platforms.
  • Direct Monitoring: ProCore Capital may, from time to time, conduct its own sweeps of the web and communications to ensure our brand is not being promoted in a spammy or harmful way. This could include searching for unauthorized emails, posts, or messages.

Enforcement Actions: If we determine that a Client or affiliate has violated this Anti-Spam Policy, we will take appropriate and fair action. Our goal in enforcement is to stop the offending behavior and maintain the integrity of our platform, not to punish unnecessarily. Potential actions include:

  • Issuing a warning or notice to the offending party, describing the violation and requiring immediate cessation of the spam activity. In many cases, we find issues are unintentional or due to lack of understanding, and a clear warning corrects the behavior.

Throughout any investigative or enforcement process, ProCore Capital commits to fairness and diligence. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the individual involved, explain the issue, and give them an opportunity to respond or correct their actions. Our primary aim is to ensure compliance and protect the community, not to catch people out. If you are found in violation, cooperating with us can lead to a quicker and more amicable resolution.

7. Reporting Spam and Contacting ProCore Capital

We encourage anyone who believes they have received spam concerning ProCore Capital to report it to us. If you suspect that someone is improperly advertising ProCore Capital or misusing our name in unsolicited messages, please let us know. You can report spam or violations of this Policy by contacting abuse@winvest.com with details of the incident (for example, forwarding the offending email or sending a screenshot of the message). Our team will promptly investigate the report and take appropriate action.

Additionally, if you are an affiliate or Client who has questions about what is allowed or needs guidance on ethical promotion methods, feel free to reach out to us. We would much rather help you do it right than fix problems later.

In Summary: ProCore Capital’s Anti-Spam Policy boils down to this — only send communications about ProCore Capital to people who have asked for them or clearly expect them. Be honest and transparent in your messaging. Follow the law. By adhering to these principles, you help protect our community’s trust and ensure that ProCore Capital’s reputation remains strong, which ultimately benefits all of us who are part of the ProCore Capital family.

Thank you for helping us maintain a spam-free environment. We appreciate your cooperation and your commitment to ethical practices. Together, we can foster a community that communicates with respect and transparency, reflecting the values that ProCore Capital stands for.
